Celeb Parents Who Celebrate Rosh Hashanah
Today is September 8th, 2010, and it is also the celebration of the Jewish Holiday, Rosh Hashanah. Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year, and officially begins tonight at sundown, because that is when the first night of the Jewish calendar starts.
Rosh Hashanah is one of the biggest Jewish holidays for 2010, and there will be plenty of feasts going on across the world this evening.
There are several celeb parents who are Jewish, and we wonder how they’ll be celebrating tonight.
Sarah Jessica Parker, mom to son James and twin daughters Marion and Tabitha, is married to Matthew Broderick and lives in New York. Will there be a Rosh Hashanah feast in their brownstone tonight?
Jerry Seinfeld’s wife Jessica wrote a book all about sneaking healthy foods into her kids’ meals to get them to eat better. Will she try any of those same tricks for Rosh Hashanah fare?
Adam Sandler is also Jewish, and he and wife Jacqueline Titone have two daughters, Sadie and Sunny.
What will Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor do to celebrate with daughter Ella and son Quinlin?
Some other Jewish celeb parents include Mayim Bialik from Blossom, Brooke Burke, and Goldie Hawn. We’d like to wish a Happy Rosh Hashanah to all who celebrate the holiday!
