Oksana Grigorieva Petitions for $40K in Child Support, Up From $5K
That’s a lot of diapers! Mel Gibson’s baby momma Oksana Grigorieva is petitioning the court to up Gibson’s required monthly support payment from $5,000 a month to $40,000 for their infant daughter Lucia. Gibson apparently also pays for the Sherman Oaks house where they live. Gibson’s support check isn’t the only one Oksana gets either.
Sources say Oksana gets $2,500 a month in child support from Timothy Dalton, who is the father of her 13-year-old son Alexander. I know some people won’t agree with me, but $5,000 per month seems a perhaps a tad low for a guy worth $500 million, but clearly $40,000 is absurd.
One source, clearly not an Oskana fan, sniped to TMZ, “Lifestyle is not an issue for a 9-month-old. Think she knows the difference between a Ford and a Bentley?”
The judge in the case has not ruled on Oksana’s request. What do you think is a reasonable amount?

She can learn to sew and her Mommy too. Mell, Your 54 too old to be having babies…vasectomy…say it, get one!
