American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior Head to Court
American Chopper’s Paul Teutul Jr. and Paul Teutul Sr. head to court in last night’s episode of “Senior Vs. Junior”.
This is the third time father and son have appeared in court and this time, Paul Jr. was ordered to sell his shares back to his father. The amount hasn’t been disclosed but they likely both won’t be happy.
Senior and Junior have been in an ongoing legal battle for months and are battling it out in the new series on TLC. Paul Sr. wants his 20% of Orange County Choppers back from his son, for nothing.
“I don’t know if it’s about money, if it’s about power… in a nutshell, he demands my share for zero,” said Paul Jr. in the episode.
Although Paul Sr. didn’t mind having cameras in the courtroom, Paul Jr. refused: “there are certain things off limits and this is one of them.”
Paul Sr. reached out to his son Mike Teutul in last night’s episode, leaving him a message to see how he’s doing and to ask him out for dinner. Paul Jr. said he’s never persuade Mike to have a relationship with their father but he understands his desire to have one, after all it’s a father and a son.
Mike thinks it’s an opening to possibly make amends, but later responded that although he’d like to have a relationship, dad needs to make peace with his brothers first. Good ultimatum Mikey!
In a gutsy move, Paul Jr. decides to go ahead a build the shop a bike. I’m really amazed at the way Paul Jr. is very diplomatic about everything. I haven’t heard him once bash his father.
Just last week, Paul Jr. got married and although Paul Sr. was invited, he didn’t attend. Junior even went as far to say that despite his father’s no-show, he still loves him.
This just goes to show that this family feud is very real. Junior is trying his best to make amends but his father clearly does not want to restore their father-son relationship.

FL Crzr commented on Jan 25 11 at 10:02 amOCC is just an assembly point for parts made by someone else. Niether of those two, Sr or Jr, have a clue about building a bike from scratch.
