It definitely  looks like she maybe ready to move on from her typical sexy roles to embrace her maternal side in the newest addition to the Spy Kids franchise.

Jessica is reportedly in negotiations to star in the Robert Rodriguez film, Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World, which starts filming next month.   The new film will be a reboot of the series which originally started with  junior spies, Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara, as the offspring of super-spy parents, Antonio Banderas and Carla Gugino.

Given that the original Spy Kids are all grown up, the new film will focus on Alba as a retired spy and mother who has been reactivated to help save the world from the bad guys. The supermom will multitask her spy duties with raising a baby and two preteen stepchildren (aka the new Spy Kids).

The original franchise is well known for its collection of cameo appearances (Sylvestor Stallone as the Toymaker, George Clooney as Devlin) so we can expect to see the return of the original cast in supporting roles.
