ALO 063332 199x300 Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban: Family Comes FirstNicole Kidman and Keith Urban do a great job of balancing work life and home life.  They make sure that no matter how hectic their schedules get, their family always comes first.

As far as balance goes, Keith says, “I don’t know that there’s any secret to it. I know for me, family is first, and I just make sure that I spread my time among the things I love to do, as well. Balance is never achieved, it’s just maintained. And so far, I’ve been able to maintain it.”

Keith and Nicole are parents to daughter, Sunday, 2, and they enjoy a quiet life in Nashville, TN.  There is no doubt that living out of the Hollywood spotlight helps the three of them stay happy and grounded.  Keith adds that he loves the city and is very proud to live there.

Being a celebrity didn’t exempt Urban from being a victim of last year’s devastating flood in central Tennessee.  The singer lost almost all of his equipment, including guitars and amplifiers, and had to start all over again.

He has picked up the pieces and is in the middle of recording a new album.  Keith also speaks very highly of wife, Nicole, and says, “I’m fortunate to have a wife who understands about career as well.”  He adds that the two of them are very blessed to have each other.

Sounds like Nicole and Keith definitely have their priorities straight!
