RHONJ Teresa Giudice Blames Reality Show for Bankruptcy
Well, this is rich. RHONJ Teresa Giudice is saying that the Bravo reality show is to blame for her bankruptcy.
So maybe “rich” isn’t the right word…
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star says that it’s fame that caused her and Joe to be in so much debt. Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe are in deep too – nearly $11 million in debt!
It’s always someone else’s fault though, right?
A friend of Teresa’s tells PopEater: “If she wasn’t on the show, this all would be much easier. Everything would be settled by now, but because she is now famous everyone is using the situation to get press for themselves and humiliate her and her family. It’s honestly got to the point where she’s not sure if she wants to come back for another season.”
Don’t you love reality show stars who complain they have no privacy? Here’s your first tip – don’t do a reality show!!!
Yet all of that didn’t keep Teresa Giudice from spending $60,000 on home décor and furniture a few days ago, which her lawyer said she was free to spend because it was money she earned from her book, “Skinny Italian.”
According to an insider, “Teresa is sick of everyone knowing all her private financial business. She didn’t sign up to be on ‘Housewives’ so that everyone could look into her bank account. Millions of couples go through what they are going through, except no one knows about it. It’s just not fair.”
You may recall Teresa Giudice going up against the ladies of The View, who pointed out that Teresa’s outrageous spending may have landed them in bankruptcy waters. Teresa responded, “I always live within my means. Always.”
Incidentally, Teresa and Joe Giudice’s auction was originally set for August 22, but has been postponed until October 3.
What do you think of Teresa Giudice putting the blame on her Real Housewives of New Jersey fame for her financial problems? Is she delusional?

-ELIZABETH COMMANS commented on Jul 01 11 at 10:43 pmIt is wrong to declare bankruptcy to get out of paying your bills and to then go and purchase new furniture with the money you should have used to pay off the other debts.
Others will have to pay for her selfish indulgences. What an example to show her kids and she is going to have another???? She needs to get over herself and take a good honest look at herself. She is a phoney narcisist………
