Will Neil Patrick Harris Quit Showbiz For His Kids?
Earlier today, it was reported that Neil Patrick Harris is considering quitting show business once his kids are born. (The How I Met Your Mother actor is expecting twins this fall with partner, David Burtka.)
According to Popeater, a source said, “Neil has been working his butt off since he was a little kid…Now, with twins due in October, Neil is thinking about taking a break. Moving from Hollywood to New York City to be a full-time daddy.”
But the funny-man superstar set things straight today on Twitter–and it’s safe to say NPH isn’t leaving show-biz anytime soon (and thank goodness–we’re not sure we could do without Barney Stinson on HIMYM).
Harris tweeted today, “Rumor Watch 2010: I’m absolutely not leaving LA or the business. Errant reporting, Popeater. Total bunk.”
