Patricia Arquette Wants Full Custody of Daughter in Divorce With Thomas Jane
Thomas Jane might be “Hung” out to dry. His wife of four years, Medium star Patricia Arquette filed for divorce from the actor last Friday and it looks like she’s hoping not to fork over any more money than necessary. Arquette is seeking primary physical and legal custody of their daughter Harlow, 7, and is asking the court to deny Jane any spousal support. But given Jane’s hilarious hit show Hung on HBO which just started its second season, I don’t think we have to worry too much about the spousal support issue.
“The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter,” a rep for Jane said. ”They ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”
Arquette first filed for divorce from Jane in January 2009, but the couple later reconciled. They’ve been together since 2001 and married in May 2006.
