Danielle Staub Gets the Boot from The Real Housewives of New Jersey!!
The Housewives housecleaning continues over at Bravo with controversial Jersey girl Danielle Staub reportedly getting the boot from the New Jersey edition of the show.
Life & Style is reporting that Staub has not been asked to return for the third season of the hit Bravo show The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Might it be that after she cut ties with all of the other Housewives and the artificial friendships with the two Kims crumbled this season that the producers couldn’t find anyone who would play nice with Staub?
“Danielle was told that she would not be returning for a third season,” an insider tells the magazine. “[The firing] came as a complete shock, and she thought she was definitely going to return to the successful Bravo series.”
Staub is best known for her various fights with the her co-stars in addition to her previous legal troubles. Apparently she is attempting to go the way of Bethenny Frankel and is shopping around a spin-off series about herself.
No word from Bravo or Staub’s reps on her reported exit.
The current season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on August 23 with a two part reunion showing airing on August 30 and September 6.
This is the second Housewive exit of the month with OC Housewife Lynne Curtin getting the ax from the series last week.
If Danielle is truly out the door, I wonder if this opens up an opportunity for former Housewife Dina Manzo to return to the series?

Pat commented on Aug 23 10 at 7:54 pmGet rid of all the Housewives shows. They have run their course. They are not fun to watch anymore. The DC wives put me to sleep last week.
