After Danielle Staub, Who Will Be The Next Housewife To Go?

That, of course, begs the question of who will be next.

The gears could get rolling as soon as this week, if a damaging report on a certain controversy-plagued couple airing tomorrow night is correct.

That’s right – “Real Housewives of D.C.’s” Michaele and Tareq Salahi are in yet more trouble, and this time it’s serious enough that it’s just possible Michaele could join Danielle and Lynn on the sidelines!

HBO’s investigative show “Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel” will air a report on the Salahis tomorrow night that details complaints against them for a charity polo tournament they organized last year in Washington.

The Salahis have been accused of not paying the vendors at the tournament, and practically none of last year’s sponsors have agreed to return this year. Plus, Gumbel says that the Journey for the Cure Foundation, the charity the polo match benefits, is being investigated by the state of Virginia.

If the allegations prove true, the Salahis may be more than just the annoying couple no one wants to hang out with (witness fellow “Housewife” Lynda Erkeletian skipping the polo match in one of this season’s episodes). They may be breaking the law, and if crashing a White House party isn’t grounds for dismissal, running a bum charity event should be.

So what do you think? Will Michaele be the next “Housewife” to be booted? Or will it be someone else?
