Jessica Alba: “Honor Is My Number One Priority”
Jessica Alba may be a big-time Hollywood star, but she’s certainly got her priorities straight! She’s made it pretty clear that her daughter, Honor, 2, comes first in her life and says, “Nothing is of any importance now but her and her well-being…My whole life revolves around her…She’s my number one priority.”
Jessica admits that her career used to be her whole life, but now that she has an adorable tot to chase after, she’s cut back on how many films she does. She’s actually only made four movies since little Honor was born, and only worked on each of them for a few days. It sounds like she definitely knows that spending time with family is the most important thing in life. I can name a few A-listers who could learn a thing or two from Jessica, couldn’t you?
It’s no secret that Jessica is one of the most envied women in Hollywood for how gorgeous she is, and how well her body bounced back after having a baby. However, she openly admits that losing the baby weight wasn’t exactly an easy feat! In her own words, she said that “taking it off sucked!”
Amen Jessica! I think that every mother reading this will agree with her on that one! Jessica also admits that she had to work hard to lose those extra pounds.
It’s so refreshing to hear someone as famous as her say that it was difficult. It’s good to know that it didn’t just “fall off her” like lots of other Hollywood mamas seem to love bragging about.
Jessica strikes me as completely down-to-earth, real, and someone I’d love to sit down and have lunch with and talk about our kids.
And I’m sure that more little ones are in the cards for Jessica in the future. The star also said, “I’ve always wanted a big family.”
I’m keeping my eyes open for another baby bump!
