Singer Lily Allen Pregnant!
There’s about to be a new member of the Celebrity Mom Club! British singer Lily Allen is pregnant, according to reports from People.com. Lily and her boyfriend, Sam Cooper have confirmed that she is indeed expecting. Lily definitely has something to ‘Smile’ about!
“Lily Allen and Sam Cooper are very happy to confirm that Lily is expecting their first child,” her rep said in a statement to PEOPLE. “Lily’s professional commitments will carry on as normal, including a scheduled performance at the Big Chill this weekend.”
Cooper, who is 7 years Allen’s senior, is the owner of an upscale building company. Allen and Cooper have been together for just about a year now and this will be the first child for Allen, who suffered a devastating miscarriage only 2 ½ years ago.
Just this past May in an interview with a British radio show, Allen said that having children “is ultimately my main goal in life and more of a priority than flying around the world jumping up and down on stage singing songs.”
Now, let’s just hope she stays away from taking parenting tips from Gisele Bundchen!
