Will Chris Lambton Be the Next Bachelor? Reasons Why He Will!
Now that Ali Fedotowsky has made her choice, Roberto Martinez, women everywhere want to fly to Cape Cod, Mass., to comfort the runner-up Chris Lambton. Well, hold your horses. Because ABC loves to give the rejectee a second chance at love, which means it’s probably not a good idea to start dating Chris as he embarks on meeting 25 beautiful suitors. You heard it here first: Chris will be the next Bachelor. Why?
–Girls all over the country have fallen for him. He’s cute, his family was awesome and Chris Harrison would no doubt say he’s “America’s new sweetheart.” Well, except he’s a guy, but you get the point.
–ABC loves to recycle instead of finding new blood for the stars of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Trista Rehn was the runner-up for first Bachelor Alex Michel. Bob Guiney was passed over by Trista Rehn. Meredith Phillips became The Bachelorette after Bob Guiney chose Estella Gardinier. Jen Schefft was chosen after Andrew Firestone pulled the plug on marrying her, his first-choice pick. Jillian Harris was rejected by Jason Meznick. Jake Pakvelka was sent home by Jillian Harris. And so on.
–The good news is this guy seems really ready to get married. Really ready to start a family! He’s not in it for fame, but in it for love.
–The possible bad new is: does he have the oomph needed for a Bachelor? Can he carry an entire program as the star? I say yes. ABC producers, give a guy who is really seeking love (not a stint on Dancing with the Stars) a go! I mean, he’s about a million times better than Jake Pavelka. We’ll watch!

He is ready to get married and start a family and who wouldn’t want to meet his family!? The fact that he is down to earth doesn’t mean he doesn’t have the spunk to be the main man next season!! The fact that chris was on the “after” show and Frank wasn’t makes me feel ABC producers are looking at chris instead! Thank god i can not stand frank he would not be able to make a decision!

The show edits and causes scandals for ratings. Why do that to himself and his family? He doesn’t need a show to find love.

His relationship advanced slowly on the show (Well, that’s what Ali says,) and I think maybe he’d be better off finding someone the normal way? That said– I’d sure love to see more of him!

If I weren’t married, I’d be auditioning to be on the show with Chris. He’s the most REAL man ever to be on the Bachelorette and if he became the Bachelor, he’d be the most sought after one ever. I also think with some acting lessons he could have a real career as a leading man in Hollywood. (Not that I want to see him go Hollywood but he has the natural assets and talent to make it).

He is such a down to earth, sweet, open hearted man that I think it would only end up causing him to get hurt again. Lets face it at 22 of the 25 contestants are seriously only there to seek out their 15 minutes of fame…it would be difficult for a man like Chris to be in that situation. He is way to real for this show. I wish for him love. God knows he is sexy enough and has everythign going for him, so hopefully the experience of this show will allow him the opportunity to bring him and his soul mate together. BUT if he is the next Bachelor, I’ll definitely watch!

He has a great personality:fun, sensitive, honest,and has a good head on his shoulders…..I was impressed with him from the start and knew he would be in the top 2…He deserves to be happy, and i think he would make a terrific husband for some lucky girl out there…He also handled the situation with Ali with such class….He is such a classy and great man! I really hope he is the next bachelor and that he finds true love!!!! He deserves it!

You need someone who goes in there w/an abandon idea of love. I think Chris seems like a good guy, but isn’t one who gives into abandon love which what this show needs. …And the why I understand it, the producers want someone who can all into love quickly. That is what makes the love story(ies) so good.

He was too real of a guy for such a contrived and Hollywood personified show (yes, which I’ve watched with friends, but we will NOT be watching this “Bachelor Pad” that’s coming up next week and, will NOT watch if Vienna becomes the next Bachelorette). I think Chris would fare much better meeting someone in a more natural environment and at his own pace. I know he’ll find his right fit and best friend, and I wish him much happiness. He’s the real thing.

He has spent the last few years devoting himself to taking care of his mom, and then mourning his mom and helping his dad. You could see his confidence build, as the show progressed,and I think with the tables turned, his confidence, charm etc…will shine through. He is a real, genuine guy…HE WOULD MAKE AN AWESOME BACHELOR, AND IF I WERE SINGLE, I WOULD BE FIRST IN LINE!

It was hard enough watching him get hurt this time and I don’t want to see it again. This show purposely puts some “bad girls/heartbreakers” in there just for ratings. I suggest he does his own untelevised,less glamorous competition. The 25 winners will get dates with him. That way the women will be there for him;not fame, not the fantasy destinations. Heck yeah, I’d be willing to compete for his heart. Wouldn’t you?

Once that physical thing is over, I hope they still have something. Ali, Ali…didn’t anyone ever tell you that men who are good to their mothers are the best partners? Chris is a really cute, sensitive guy. I will watch him, but I do hope he stops using the word “like” so much. As to Jake and Vienna…I believe Vienna is a sweet and beautiful girl, but too immature for Jake. I am 60 years old now (whew!) but I remember how I wanted attention constantly when I was that age. When I didn’t get attention, I thought something was wrong. It’s the insecurity of youth I suppose. Jake was plain nasty to her on their interview after the breakup. He’s not so hot, and wasn’t so popular on dancing with the stars. We’ll see what happens to their lives. I wish everyone the best.

It has been 5 years since I lost my father and I still miss him every single day – a year and a 1/2 is nothing for a mourning period – it’s not like he was sobbing about her on the show, just sort of missing her, which is completely and totally normal – so get over yourself!

I would watch him in a heartbeat. BUT—if I weren’t already married, I could go for his Dad!!! Why not have a show with older people? It is much harder to find a connection when you are older. I found my love at age 55!
