The Bachelorette: Are Ali and Roberto Still Together?
You’ve seen The Bachelorette finale… but are Ali and Roberto still together after the reality series wrapped some time ago? Ali and Roberto looked so in love by the end of The Bachelorette finale and on the reunion show following, but as we all know, these reality show romances rarely ever go the distance.
Are Ali and Roberto still together? Here’s what we know.
Straight from Ali’s mouth on her blog for People.com, The Bachelorette star said she was advised by Roberto to tell their “love story”… and so she does, but not before sharing some sweet things about Chris, who she sent packing.
Ali describes meeting Roberto as a “love at first sight” experience and talks about how their relationship really grew on The Bachelorette. Ali tells of life after the show – having secret rendezvous together, where she describes Roberto as romantic and says “I cherish that about him.”
Ali and Roberto certainly seem over-the-moon in love, as Ali describes a time in Tahiti when they were having their microphones put on and saying, “we really couldn’t keep our hands off each other!”
Are Ali and Roberto still together? Yes. Will they stay together? Ummm… maybe.
Ali also blogs that “his proposal to me is the most beautiful thing I could possibly imagine,” and says she and Roberto watched it 10 more times after seeing it at the After the Final Rose taping.
But here’s where Ali really confirms that she and Roberto are going to stay together: “I realize that many of you are skeptical of relationships that come out of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette experience, and I am not asking you to feel any different about what I have found. But what I do want to say is this: I have found a love that is stronger than I ever thought was possible. Since the show finished filming, I have fallen even more in love with Roberto.”
Ali assures the skeptics that they will “work on our relationship every day,” and make it a priority. She sums it up with: “I have faith in our relationship. I love him. I cherish him. I am so very thankful to have found him. Until … the wedding!”

Ginny Peluso commented on Aug 31 10 at 11:26 amI completely agree that Bachelor Pad is sleazy. I think the challenges were uncomfortable at best and very hurtful in worse case scenario. The concept could be good. But they need much better challenges.

Roberto should have his own show, lots of better girl still out there for him. I just don’t think they both fit together. Ali seems so fake.

While Ali may not be EVERY man’s fantasy, she is certainly a beautiful woman, who obviously ADORES Roberto, who adores her back. I’m sorry, I can’t find anything WRONG with that!
And I’m “SO SURE” those commenting on teeth and nose jobs being needed are “stunning beauty queens” themselves! Let’s try a foreign concept here, shall we? How about we allow Ali and Roberto to enjoy their happiness together? What is so WRONG with that? Tearing people down on the basis of looks?
