charlie sheen and brooke mueller rehab Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen Divorce After Sheens Rehab? Are Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen heading for a divorce? All signs would point to yes, given their rocky relationship and, you know, that little incident where he pulled a knife on her around the holidays.

Then again, Brooke Mueller later dropped the charges and refused to testify in court, leaving Charlie with a light punishment of 3 months of probation, 36 hours of anger management and 30 days of rehab.

What the heck? Is Charlie Sheen the Teflon king… or what?

Charlie was let off easy, but not so fast… a divorce will certainly lighten the actor’s bank account.

TMZ is reporting that Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen will soon be getting a divorce, with an earlier report from the website saying that a pre-divorce document was filed in June.

In the document, Brooke and Charlie agreed to what they each get should they divorce – joint legal custody of their two kids, with Brooke to have primary physical custody, and $55,000 a month for Brooke in child support.

Brooke would also get more money, naturally, including a lump sum of over $750,000 and around $1 million from Sheen when he buys out her share of the house.

After rehab, Charlie Sheen will go back to work on the eighth season of Two and a Half Men, continuing to rack up those massive paychecks – he’s the highest paid actor on TV, would you believe?

So, how long until we see the Brooke Mueller/Charlie Sheen divorce headline? Place your bets!
