Laurence Fishburne’s Daughter Montana Ain’t Making Papa Proud – Why?
Laurence Fishburne’s daughter Montana is following in her father’s footsteps. Not doing projects like the Matrix, Othello, or CSI. But rather doing something much more, well, raw. The 19-year-old is starring in an adult movie. Not the kind of work many parents would be proud of. So why is she going that route instead of Shakespeare in the park or a rendition of Tony and Tina’s wedding in the Poconos, or getting dear old dad to help her?
Well, her first mistake is that she sees Kim Kardashian as one of her “role models.” She’s hoping that once she releases her own adult tape that her stock will rise just as quickly as it did for Kim when her “film” was released. “I’ve watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sextape,” she reportedly said. She also stated that, “I’m impatient about getting well-known and having opportunities and this seemed like a great way to get started.”
Originally it was reported that she was going to star in the film under the stage name Chippy D but now it’s being reported that she’ll actually be using her real name and the film will actually be boldly names “Montana Fishburne, ” yeah not very original. So what happens in Montana Fishburne? It’s an hour long romp in cars, a hotel room and a public mall.
But why oh why would she go that route? Couldn’t her successful Oscar nominated dad get her an audition or two? Nepotism rules in Los Angeles so why couldn’t she cash in on that? And I wonder if her dad had any idea she was going to do this or is it just a rebellious act by impatient teen?

I believe that his daughter is trying to make a name for herself seperate and apart from her famous father. In her own misguided way, she believes that she is doing this independently of her father. Ultimately, if she really wanted “success on her own”, why let anyone know she was Larry’s daughter? She is still trying to capitalize on “his name”. Otherwise whi would care that she wants to have sex for a living? I mean really! It is obvious that she wants to skip steps in the process and wants immediate success. Remember when you skip steps in a process, then your foundation is inevitably weak. She is so misled that she criticizes people for securing an education! Earth to Montana – not everyone wants to have sex for a living. Ooops! You do, as it is already reported that you had issues with prostitution. People will do anything to justify their behavior. This is not a reflection on Larry. He, like many other parents, just happens to have an asshole for a kid.
