Tiffani Thiessen Reveals Baby Photo, Plus Scoop on Baby Harper’s Tough Birth
Tiffani Thiessen and baby Harper Renn appear together in PEOPLE this week, the first photos of Harper to be made public! The 5-week-old has her mom’s good looks (dad Brady Smith isn’t bad looking either!), but certainly didn’t make childbirth easy on Tiffani!
Thiessen, White Collar actress and former 90210 star, had spoken openly about wanting to have her baby naturally, with the help of hypnobirthing techniques. Yet things didn’t go exactly as planned. “First my water didn’t break; they had to do it for me. Then the baby wasn’t descending, because the cord was wrapped around her neck.” She finally had the baby, after 30 hours of labor, via c-section, she told People. “The whole thing was very surreal.”
Now that it’s over, Tiffani seems elated — and very proud of the new photos. She tweeted last night: “hey everyone, check out @peoplemag. u’ll get 2 c my beautiful lil’ girl.”
