INFphoto 1255498 188x300 Spotted: Kourtney Kardashians Post Baby Bikini BodLast week, we saw Kourtney Kardashian take some pretty extreme measures to lose her baby weight and prepare for a photo shoot on her hit reality show, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami. The mom to seven-month-old Mason was frustrated with herself for having trouble losing the baby weight that everyone struggles with, and did everything she could to lose it.

Though Kardashian realized and acknowledged on the show she was being unhealthy and vowed to take a step back, several months later, the reality-TV star is finally ready to flaunt her bikini bod. Kardashian was spotted with sister Kim enjoying the water in Miami Beach, Fla., donning a little black bikini that showed off her uber-flat stomach and toned body. “My sister weighs less than I do, so that’s kind of fascinating to me!” Kim told Usmagazine.com. “She looks amazing.”

So, after giving up on the extreme exercise and very-limiting diet, what was it that really helped the 31-year-old lose the weight? “Definitely breastfeeding helps,” she said. “Everyone says that, but it’s really true–and it’s just being a busy mom.”

Kardashian claimed she feels sexier post-baby than she did before Mason (who she had with boyfriend Scott Disick) was born.
