Are Lindsay Lohan’s Parents On Board With Hiring Novice Lawyer, Tiffany Feder-Cohen?
As Famecrawler reported, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley quit, and Lohan has a new attorney, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who has been practicing law less than nine months. Interestingly, the attorney’s personal Facebook account has been updated with a a new photo (of a hamster?) from the old one at left and all previously viewable information privatized. Her firm’s Facebook page is in its infancy — because Feder-Cohen’s practice is in its infancy as she just passed the bar in November 2009. Which makes you wonder, who is calling the shots in the Lohan camp?
Are her parents being consulted or is she flying solo in her decisions? Hiring a newly minted attorney in such a high profile case seems another mis-step in a long line of mistakes. Also, apparently the law school Feder-Cohen attended, the University of West Los Angeles, lost its accreditation in the mid-2000s.
Hello Dina! Hello Michael! Is this really the attorney you want representing your daughter?
Or perhaps on paper Feder-Cohen seems a risky choice but she’s going to surprise us all?
