Dueling Restraining Orders: Mel Gibson Files, So Does Ex Oksana Grigorieva Calling Him Violent
Famecrawler learned this morning that Mel Gibson had filed a restraining order against his ex girlfriend and mother of one of his children, Oksana Grigorieva. Seems he’s not the only one taking things to the courts! Oksana has also filed a restraining order against the actor claiming he was violent against her.
Oksana filed in L.A. on Monday for an emergency hearing stating that the former star, still battling against a reputation for being drunken anti-sematic lunatic, was ”extremely violent.”
The order states that Mel can not have any contact with Oksana or their daughter.
A source says that the alleged incidents occurred last January and that Oksana stayed with him at the time. “In these cases, when somebody cries wolf, the judge is mandated to assume there’s a wolf, until a full hearing can be held.”
While Oksana’s order was for domestic violence, Mel issued his with respect to privacy issues, prohibiting her from releasing certain information.
All I have to say is: Women, stay away from Mel! No good can come of it.
