Judge In Anna Nicole Smith Case Thinks Suspects Foul Play, Wants Investigation Reopened
Anna Nicole Smith passed away almost three years ago and the media circus surrounding her death continues it’s ridiculous revelry. Larry Seidlin, the former Florida judge presiding over the original hearing on what would happen to her remains, is now taking on the role of Ringmaster and written a book about the case titled, “The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith.’
His most interesting revelation, if you missed it in the title, is that someone is guilty of murder. Who?
Larry believes that Howard K. Stern, the omnipresent lawyer/puppet master of Anna, is responsible for her death though he has no solid evidence.
“I think enablers should be punished,” Larry writes. “How about keeping her off drugs while she was alive? He was with her every day; how about saying no … We won’t have all this celebrity blood on our hands.”
That’s pretty harsh. Drug addicts are sneaky and will do what they want to do. Sometimes when you love a drug addict its easier to look the other way. It’s not right, but it doesn’t mean that you have a death wish for them, it just means you weren’t strong enough to stand up to their addiction.
He continues, saying that Howard K., “exercised a great amount of control over Anna Nicole by maintaining and reviewing her drug desires and addiction. When I was sitting in that trial, red flags were flying in front of me and I had a lot of sleepless nights.”
Anna Nicole’s case, like her life, was strange and her death was sudden. Larry believes the investigation should be reopened. Anna’s daughter Dannielynn is still a toddler and living what seems to be a happy life with her father Larry Birkhead. One can only hope that any questions regarding her mother’s death will be resolved by the time she is old enough to comprehend what happened or begin to ask questions.

Just_What_ I_ Think commented on Jun 22 10 at 9:17 pmI think the goofy judge is trying to sell books. He made a mockery of court procedures at the trial, and then he writes a book? How disrespectful of Anna Nicole and he judges Howard, who dearly loved her. Maybe Howard was an enabler of sorts, but Anna was on the wrong path with drugs and likely wouldn’t have lived as long as she did if Howard had not been there for her.
