Kate Gosselin to Jon Gosselin: Get a Job!

INFphoto 1299157 e1275673936907 Kate Gosselin to Jon Gosselin: Get a Job!Kate Gosselin is a little bit fed up with Jon Gosselin and his paycheck these days. What paycheck, you ask? Exactly.

I cannot even begin to imagine supporting eight kids financially. Eight kids! It’s insane. Put aside the clothing costs, which must be substantial, and the food costs, which are I assume are in the neighborhood of $25,000 for the year, at the very least. (Think about it—not just the meals themselves, but all those snack bars and juice boxes and freezer pops. It adds up.) Then there’s the other stuff. The trips to get ice cream. Going to the movies. Swimming lessons. Even these everyday, not terribly extravagant activities must cost her nearly $50 a pop.

So I can’t really blame Kate Gosselin for getting a little bit snippy about you-know-who and his, uh…earning habits as of late.

“Kate is working her fingers to the bone to support her large family and wishes Jon would do the same,” a source tells PopEater. And while it’s true that Kate has made a pretty penny on all of her projects—Dancing With the Stars, Kate Plus 8, Twist of Kate, the books—it’s kind of beside the point. No matter how much money is coming in, it is stressful to be the sole provider for your kids. And there is no telling when Kate’s fifteen minutes of fame are going to be over. Already, her latest book sold poorly. If Kate fatigue sets in, she could eaily find herslef a single mother of eight without a TV show to lean on for cash. What then?
