Mariah Carey is Pregnant!
Mariah Carey and husband Nick cannon are expecting their first child, according to Radar Online.
We know. you’ve heard this one before. But this time, we think it’s true. For real.
Apparently, a source close to the couple has confirmed the pregnancy, and gushed that the couple are “very excited and very happy”. In what may be an even more telling sign, Carey’s publicist, when reached for a comment stated, “I’m not at liberty to discuss Mariah’s personal life at this time.” She might as well have said ‘I’ve already been shopping for baby clothes.’
In the last few weeks there have been indications that this announcement was on its way. Carey dropped out of Tyler Perry’s latest project For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf, a move that seems odd considering the star power in the movie, and Carey’s burgeoning film career. And then there is Nick Cannon’s announcement last week that his Jack Russel terrier is expecting puppies—hardly a joke that would be funny if Carey and Cannon were stlll struggling to get pregnant.
Yup, It sounds like this one is all but official. Congrats!
