Bethenny Frankel’s the author of Naturally Thin and has a whole line of Skinnygirl products. Being trim is a lifestyle for her. The new mom lost 29 of the 35 lbs she packed on during pregnancy without dieting!  Instead, she practices portion control and eats vegetarian.

A sample of this menu would be a muffin and fruit for breakfast, a veggie sandwich and soup at lunch and BBQ chicken and a half a sweet potato for dinner. Sounds yummy.

Bethenny Frankel looks amazing! Now factor in the fact that she just gave birth to baby Bryn a mere three weeks ago and the woman is super human.

While carrying Bryn, Bethenny did yoga and 45 minutes walks three times a week.

Eating potatoes and walking don’t seem that intense! Genes do factor in, as does time. Not all of us can fit into the Baywatch uniform three weeks after giving birth, so no one should be hard on themselves if it doesn’t happen.

Even Bethenny, when not donning skimpy gear for the glossies, takes it easy. “I’m still wearing maternity clothes, because they’re comfortable.” she tells Us Magazine.  ”I”m excited to get into my Louboutins again. No more swollen feet!”

ahahaha, although I like Bethenny, this picture is too funny. ALOT of photoshopping on this one Bethenny. But you can’t look this good even with photoshopping/airbrushing if you don’t look beautiful already, so good for you Bethenny.

I have to say – I’m neither a health nut or naturally skinny and three weeks after having my daughter, while maybe not only 6 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight, I was looking pretty normal-ish. I attribute this to breastfeeding and lucky genes (my diet was basically chocolate for the first 3 months). For someone really focused on losing weight/not gaining in the first place who also has lucky genes, it’s not outside the realm of normal, I don’t think. It’s not healthy to assume everyone can look like this 3 weeks out, but it’s also possible.
