Helena Christensen Picks Up Mingus from School
The supermodels have been out in full force with their offspring lately, and we can add Helena Christensen, 41, to the Victoria’s secret cover girls who look gorgeous years after having children and their modeling hey-day. Christensen picked up son Mingus, 10, from school in New York City recently. She once said of her only son: “He’s all that matters. He’s my best friend.”
Which made me wonder: What kind of name is Mingus?
According to Nameberry.com, Christensen named her son after jazz great Charles Mingus, and its of Scottish origin.
