Tina Fey, Just Like You: Times the Real Estate Market
Tina Fey, baby, and husband moved apartments a while back. Like a lot of us, as the family grew, they craved a little extra space. Last week, they finally (over a year later!) put their old apartment on the market. A sign that real estate is a growing sector again? Economics getting better for sellers? Maybe, since today the 30 Rock star’s listing was removed. My hunch is that it sold fast. Below, you can take a look inside the place (PHOTOS and floorplan). It pales in comparison to Sheryl Crow’s house, also up for sale, but for New York City, it’s a nice space.
FYI, When they sold this home, they bought a 5-bedroom in the same neighborhood, with a library, for $3.4 million. This one was listed for $2.295 million.
