rebecca gayheart 2 e1272510691784 Rebecca Gayheart Loses Baby Weight At Normal PaceRebecca Gayheart was spotted having lunch with a friend and then going to get her hair done in West Hollywood today — and she looks like a gorgeous new mother who is losing the baby weight at a nice, normal pace.  Gayheart gave birth about eight weeks ago, but unlike other celebrity moms who are stick thin within a week, she seems to be getting back in shape like a normal mom would.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying she looks like she needs to lose additional pounds, but she is not as skinny as she was pre-baby and that’s refreshing. It takes time — and it should! So thank you to Rebecca Gayheart for not starving herself tiny at a ridiculous pace for no reason at all. What’s the rush?  More photos of the glowing new mom looking tres healthy next.rebecca gayheart 1 e1272510749737 Rebecca Gayheart Loses Baby Weight At Normal Pacerebecca gayheart 3 e1272510795205 Rebecca Gayheart Loses Baby Weight At Normal Pace

I resent the whole “starve yourself skinny” reference. After giving birth to my two boys, I was pretty much back to pre-baby weight within a few weeks. However, I am a life-long diabetic, who was closely monitored and not allowed to gain more than 25 lbs with each pregnancy. I agree that some moms take it to extremes with the dieting, but some of us just take really good care of ourselves, hence, we bounce back sooner.
