The Kourtney Kardashian Weight Loss Guide
Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to baby Mason just four months ago and has already slimmed down. She even recently posed in an ad for her store Dash wearing only body paint!
The reality TV star gained 40 lbs during pregnancy and is working on losing every last one through exercise and diet.
Here’s a few ways she’s dropping the post pregnancy pounds:
-Jogging. “I’m big on running – just putting on my iPod Shuffle and going for a run by my house. You’ll be having fun and losing weight at the same time,” she says.
-Squats. “I want to try to do squats – stuff that will keep the booty up there!” she tells Life &Style magazine.
-Small changes to her diet. “I used to always get a chai latte from Starbucks, but I just switched to one espresso shot. I’m allowing myself one serving of caffeine while breastfeeding baby Mason, and the latte was really all sugar and milk.”
