Lorena Ochoa Retiring From Golf To Have Kids?
Lorena Ochoa has won two majors – the Women’s British Open in 2007 and Kraft Nabisco Championship in 2008 – and has recorded 27 victories in eight seasons on the LPGA Tour. She’s the worlds #1 golfer female and going strong. So why has she suddenly announced she would like to retire?!?!
Has it come to light that she slept with 15 mistresses? OMG, was she hanging out with Tiger?
Nope and nope. Rumor has it the 28 year old Mexican wonder would like to start a family.
She’ll be holding a press conference on Friday to give an official reason.
Professional golfer Annika Sorenstam, who has since retired, wrote on her blog: “I must admit that I was surprised, but not shocked, when I heard the news that Lorena is going to retire. She has always said she would play for maybe 10 years and then leave the game to start a family. She just got married and obviously feels that she is ready for that next chapter in her life.”
Lorena is just 28, so she has plenty of time to try for little ones according to the Demi Moore Plan. Maybe she just has baby fever and doesn’t want to wait any longer? Let the bump watch begin!
