Little Josie, who was born at 25 weeks gestation back on Christmas Day 2009, was finally released from the hosptial last week, only to be rushed back today, according to People. The cause of her hospitalization was a fluctuation in her vital signs, which have now stabilized.

The health challenges faced by Josie have been the focus of the hit TLC series 19 Kids and Counting, which chronicles the ins and outs of the famously fertile Duggar family.

“It seems like she will do great for a few days and then have challenges,” Jim Bob tells People. “We are so encouraged about how she’s doing, and it is amazing how she’s filling out.” Still, the littlest Duggar , who is now nearly four months old, is still under 5 pounds.

Luckily, while her complications were serious enough to send her back to the hospital, the family expects her stay will be a short one.
