Kate Gosselin Has Meltdown, Admits To Not Spending Enough Time With Kids
Jon Gosselin recently announced his plans to file for primary custody of his kids based on the fact that Kate doesn’t spend enough time with them due to Dancing With The Stars. Could he be right?
Kate’s been on DWTS for two weeks now and the grueling schedule is getting to her. She admitted in a story post on Good Morning America that “one day this week during practice” in the basement of her PA home, “I had a little meltdown.”
Why? She misses her kids!
“I heard them upstairs. And I just started crying. And I was like, ‘I just miss my kids!’”
This is just the kind of statement that Jon could use against her. However, Kate’s reportedly on the show due to financial need and not for fame. Eight plates to fill can’t be easy.
“I hate being away from my kids. If it could all go away because I was financially set and I could stay home and I could bake and cook from scratch, like I love to do, I’d so be there. But the reality is, moms have to work.”
Kate’s gotten some criticism for her moves on DWTS, but she hasn’t been eliminated yet. One things for sure-if she does win, it’ll be for her kids.
“Moms everywhere have to work, especially single moms,” she continued. “I have to do this for my kids and I’m doing it to better their future because I love them more than anything.”

Barbara commented on Apr 06 10 at 5:02 pmTeam Kate. Jon put the family in this financial mess to begin with. Jon is just mad because Kate won’t get back on board w/the Jon and Kate plus 8 show so that he can get paid. He had it easy until he thought that he was some kind of star.
