Jesse James’ Ex Battles For Custodyof Daughter…Again
There’s one person who is probably pretty happy about the Jesse James/Sanda Bullock breakup and/or relationship hiccup…
Janine Lindemulder, Jesse James’ ex-wife. The two have been engaged in a brutal custody battle over their six-year-old daughter Sunny. What were the big bonus points in the last round of legal lashings? That the Jesse James and Sandra Bullock household was a stable one. But with the infidelity scandal and Sandra moving out of the family home, that whole stability claim has been completely shattered. And his ex, she knows it. According to TMZ, Janine filed legal papers to fight the full custody that Jesse currently has. TMZ said, “We’re told until this week Janine knew she didn’t stand a chance of gaining even partial custody from Jesse. She felt Sandra Bullock was such a stabilizing family influence, a judge would shut her down.”
Not only did Jesse James jeopardize his marriage with his actions but also his rights to raise his daughter. His ex (who was a porn star) recently got out of jail for tax evasion and is currently living in a half way house.
Poor Sunny, hopefully everything will work out okay for the young child.
