Harlow Madden and her friend were spotted with their moms. The two little girls held hand as they exited a store if front of Harlow’s mom Nicole.
These two are so cute. Harlow’s friend looks as if she really knows what she wants and where she is going. She’s going no matter what.
Harlow is growing out of her little baby look and is definitely a little kid now. Time, it goes by so quickly.
