Where were their 10-month-old twins during all the traumatic family action of late. Were they with friends, family or headed to foster care? Not right now. The two boys are with reportedly with their mom…at rehab!

Brooke Mueller has checked into yet another rehab center (her third in the last month). And this one happens to allow children at their facility. TMZ has reported that Brooke has her children, as well as nannies and is working with a counselor. But it’s not really a center. It’s more like a “private home” with “high-end rehab services,” which means you can bring in your family and staff.

Right now Brooke has shared custody with Charlie, but since he just checked himself in rehab, she has the option to have her kids with her full time.

Hopefully these two will tame their demons and their act together for the welfare for their very young children.
