Buy Halle Berry House for Just $5 Million (PHOTOS)
Wanna live in Halle Berry’s house. Well here’s your chance. That is if you have five million dollars to spare. But if you can’t afford to buy it outright, you can always just lease it for a mere $20,000 a month. Check out photos of the her house here!
The European styled estate is a very romantic place to rest one’s head. The modest sized home- which is about 2,200 square feet – was built in 1948 and features two bedroom, two bathrooms and lush sprawling gardens. Halle has owned it since 2001, but with the addition of daughter Nahla, she probably is looking for a home with more space and that has more functionality for a family. And if she wants to throw another kid into the mix, they’ll need another bedroom.
About the property: “The vibe is majestic, yet casual, with vaulted heavy wood-beamed ceilings, wide-planked wood floors, detailed custom-made ironwork, stone-carved fireplaces, a dramatic staircase, banks of French doors/windows & a master suite tube carved out of stone. Gourmet cook’s kitchen. State of the art Crestron system. For your entertainment/creative clientele.”
