Nicole Richie has taken liberties with the whole mom-jean thing yet again. She was spotted in New York City earlier in the week for a launch party for her Winter Kate line of clothing. For her event she opted to wear a pair of denim short shorts over a pair of black tights. And soon after in Canada, at another launch event, she did a style repeat! Check out the photos here.
