Katie Holmes, um what happened to you yesterday morning? She was spotted out and about and she doesn’t look quite as fresh as a daisy.
She was bundled up against the cold and I have to admit she was looking a little ragged.
I would like to say that she was looking much better later in the day at the Hermes For Men store opening.
It’s a wonder what a little makeup and hair-styling can do.
