The Best and Worst : Celebrity School-Run Styles
What do you wear when taking the kids to school? Yeah, I thought so. Me too. But how does the “other half” dress up (or in Tea Leoni’s case – down…very down) for drop off time? We’ve taken a sampling of some famous school bound moms to see how they pull it off at drop off. Check out how Elle, Sarah Jessica, Jennifer, Tea, Claudia, Victoria and Uma, drop off their kids here.

East Coast Style – Sarah Jessica Parker dresses down for the drop off favoring bulky coats and sweaters. She also likes to get all matchy matchy and sports Uggs just like her son James Wilkie.
West Coast (casual) Style: Jennifer Garner, she keeps it casual, very casual. Here she pick up daughter Violet wearing standard issue mom wear, worn jeans, a black top and sneakers. Pretty much anyone can “steal this look” without leaving their own closet.
West Coast (overdressed) Style: This is what Victoria Beckham wore to a function at her son’s school. When you think hanging out at your kid’s school do you think “leather!” too? This was back in October, and since then Posh has toned it down a bit for drop off and pick ups. And she did confess that when the Beckhams first moved to LA she’d spend two hours getting ready before dropping the kids off at school. And checking out the outfit above, you can believe it!
Now Tea Leoni, She takes dressed down to a whole, whole new level. It appears from this photo that she just put a coat over her robe, threw on a pair of Uggs and she was all ready to take her daughter to school. This must be breaking some kind of celebrity code of conduct right?
Claudia Schiffer not only is a knock out, but she’s knocked up during this drop off. Yet she still throws together outfits that look effortless, comfortable and stylish. It is something about her kids’ school? That’s where Elle MacPherson’s kids go too (and Stella McCartney as well).
Uma Thurman piles it on, literally, when picking up her son from school. There’s a whole lot going on in this outfit, she is totally laying to the max! A bit of a overload don’t you think?
