Tiger Woods’ Son Charlie Turns One Today
Amidst all the controversy surrounding Tiger Woods’ meltdown, rehabilitation, and his upcoming return to pro golf, it’s easy to forget that at some level, he’s just a dad who wants to be with his son on his 1st birthday.
Fortunately for Tiger, his stay in a Mississippi rehab clinic ended just days before his son’s birthday, giving him plenty of time to reunite with his semi-estranged wife Elin and their two kids Sam, 2, and Charlie, 1.
Elin flew to Mississippi to pick Tiger up from sex rehab at the end of last week and then the family was whisked away to an “undisclosed location” (that’s what happens when you’re super famous) where they could spend some quality time. I hope Tiger and the fam had a much-needed break from the prying eye of the paparazzi.
What do you think Elin and Tiger have planned for Charlie’s big day? I guess Chuck E. Cheese isn’t the ideal place for a 1-year-old’s birthday party.
Whatever they got for Charlie, you can see Elin carrying it here in this razzi pic — unfortunately it’s already gift-wrapped in the picture. According to what a Woods insider told People:
“No matter what else is going on in Elin’s life, nothing gets in the way of her children and their activities… She is a wonderful and loving mom.”
