Lock Up Your Wombs: Madonna’s On The Hunt For a Surrogate
Madonna wants to have another baby, but the Material Girl isn’t trying to get pregnant — she’s looking for someone else to do that for her.
The singer, already mom to Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy, is looking for a surrogate. “Madonna wants another baby of her own, so she’s meeting with a fertility expert to discuss her options,” a source close to the singer told a British publication.
“She decided to pursue the idea of surrogacy after being introduced to Sarah Jessica Parker by their mutual friend, Jerry Seinfeld’s wife Jessica.
“After what Madonna went through during the adoption of Mercy, she is ruling out going back to Malawi,” the source added. “There’s no way she wants to put herself in that position again, where she thought she had the baby, then there was endless delays and red tape.
“Madonna has been seeing the best fertility doctors and experts in the world to see if they can make this happen for her. She knows it will be tough finding the perfect surrogate to carry her baby, as they will have to be discreet and utterly trustworthy throughout the pregnancy and birth.”
