emily headshot 199x300 Producer Emily Gerson Saines Tackles Austism On Screen...And OffThe subject of the upcoming HBO film Temple Grandin is very near and dear to Executive Producer Emily Gerson Saines heart. The film, staring Claire Danes, is about one woman’s struggle with Autism. A topic that Emily knows much about because her own son is autistic.

Emily was the vice-president of the William Morris Agency and is the co-founder of the Autism Coalition aka Austism Speaks. She blended her career and passion for autism awareness by producing the film, which she hopes will give parent who have kids with Autism “a renewed sense of hope”.  Celebrity Baby Scoop has an in depth interview with Emily about the film, Autism and her son.  Check it out here!
