jessica simpson18 300x226 Joe Simpson Creating Tween Show Based On His LifeJoe Simpson is producing a comedy series for the kids channel Nickelodeon. As manager and father to Ashlee and Jessica Simpson, he has a lot of real life experiences to put into the show.

The Hollywood Reporter says the series will be loosely based on his past job as a psychologist who raised two daughters in Texas. There’s no title for the show yet but in the story, they’re going to make it about one of the daughters giving advice to kids in her school.

Are you planning to let your teens watch this show when it airs?
