A source said the reason for selling is that:
“The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn’t really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older, they realized that really isn’t a child-friendly house.” They continued to say, “they are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children.”

Ashlee bought the house for$ 4.5 million and it’s on the market now for $4 million, a half million dollar lose. Good thing they can afford it.
