Victoria Beckham’s Workout Secret: Carpooling

posh 300x2311 Victoria Beckhams Workout Secret: CarpoolingHow does Victoria find time to design clothes, stay fit, keep in touch with her husband while he’s playing soccer in Milan and take care of her three boys? Simple, she carpools. Or, maybe it’s more accurate to say that she “delegates.”

In a recent interview with her temporary American Idol co-host, Ryan Seacrest, Victoria revealed a little about her daily routine:

“I drop the kids kids off, go to the gym, come back from the gym and do some work… I run so quick after a double espresso, my trainers are on fire! They have sparks!”

Apparently, part of Victoria’s success is due to her ability to spread out some of the parenting duties, instead of taking them all on her shoulders. For example, David steps in to help his boys do their homework, even when he’s in Milan. Says Victoria:

“The other day, I said, ‘I’m really struggling with work here, I’ve got so much going on at the house.’ I sat down Brooklyn in front of the computer, and they Skyped for 20 minutes while he did his reading.”

Victoria also went on to discuss how the boys were all growing into their own individual interests.

“I mean, you’ve got Brooklyn, who is a real boy. He’s turning into a teenager. It takes him quite some time to do his hair in the morning before he goes to school,” she says. “Then we got Romeo, who loves fashion. He likes to go out in a suit with a bowler hat… and he’s a real fashion lover. And then Cruz just wants to break dance every opportunity he gets”
