Scott Baio’s Family Receives Death Threats After Mean Tweet About Michelle Obama
Watch what you Tweet and perhaps make sure it’s in good taste. After Tweeting a rather unflattering picture and mean-spirited comment about Michelle Obama, Scott Baio received some nasty responses in return, including threats on his family. Baio is father of two-year-old Bailey DeLuca Baio with wife Renee Sloan. So what did he say that caused the uproar?
Baio posted a photo of Michelle with the words “WOW, he wakes up to this every morning.” Baio tried to defend himself against allegations of racism in followup Tweets and said it was “just a joke.”
