Two And A Half Men’s Jon Cryer Is Afraid His Wife Hired A Hitman?
Sad though it may be, ugly celebrity divorces are so common that they rarely make headlines, but his one’s different. Not only does this divorce involve a nasty child custody battle, but Two and a Half Men‘s Jon Cryer fears that it may also involve a hitman, hired by his wife to rub him out.
While it seems unlikely, the FBI is apparently taking this claim seriously.
Last Friday, TMZ broke the news that things weren’t going along as usual on the 2 and 1/2 set. Apparently, that’s when Cryer first sounded the alarm about the potential death threat and the studio reacted by both sending in extra security and taping the episode without a live audience.
According to TMZ, Cryer has told people this week that he feels more at ease now that the authorities are involved.
For a little background on this story, Jon and his wife Lisa Joyner are in the midst of a bitter divorce and an even more bitter custody battle involving their adopted daughter Daisy, whom the added to the family as recently as last September.
