A source was quoted saying that the mom of eight “thinks her hair looks overprocessed and damaged. She’s afraid people will think she’s one of Tiger Woods’s bimbos!”  Ouch, she’ll have to get a job as a cocktail waitress for that to be true.

And Kate’s not the only one who apparently hasn’t embraced the new look. It was reported that when her twin Mady and Cara saw her new hairdo they shouted “Eww!” After her girls laughed at her locks and “Kate ended up in her room crying.”

The salon that did the damage have sent someone (the ‘mystery man’ who she was spotted with earlier in the week) to help her learn to maintain and care for her new $7,000 hair. “Kate has been trying different things, from headbands to ponytails to a Farrah Fawcett-style ‘do. She’s just not sure what she wants.”

What do you think? Should she pull ‘em out or keep them?
