Gossip Girl Mom: Divorce, Restraining Orders and The Swine Flu
Why can’t these kids just get along? Kelly Rutherford has reportedly filed to get a temporary restraining order against her very estranged husband and father of her two young children Daniel Giersch. So what happened to drive Kelly to get protection from Daniel?
Radaronline is reporting that Kelly is claiming that her ex is “harassing her, her mother and caretakers.” Daniel is fighting her assertions stating that he never harassed anyone. He also countered complaining that he wasn’t given any make-up visitations from when their young daughter Helena was sick with the swine flu.
In his declaration he states, “Thus far, Kelly has only provided me 3 days of make up time with Helena…..This does not include my two custodial days where Helena had the swine flu, and for which she has promised make up time.”
Why can’t these two get just try to along…just a little bit, at least for the sake of the kids!
