Daniel Giersch Takes His Baby For a Spin
Kelly Rutherford’s ex-husband Daniel Giersch was spotted on New Year’s Eve with the couple’s six-month-old daughter Helena. I’m wondering if the two have settled their contentious custody battle. If not I wonder if Rutherford knows Giersch has their baby. Helena looks like she sees mom coming after them waving her restraining order.
Rutherford had accused her ex of stalking her and her nanny; she got a restraining order requiring Giersch to stay 100 yards away from her “except for brief and peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation.” Looks like they may have ironed things out. We hope. If not I hope Giersch has got his lawyer’s number in that bag.
