Mike Tyson Won’t Face Charges For Assault
Mike Tyson can breathe a little sigh of relief. He isn’t going to be charged with assault for his altercation with a paparazzo last month.
Tyson was with his wife and daughter at the airport when they were swarmed by photographers. Tyson allegedly punched a photographer, but because of “insufficient evidence” he won’t be charged.
It’s really a case of he said/he said so the City Attorney tossed the case out.
2010 is starting out right for Mike Tyson and family.
